Implementation and Improvement Consultant

Pamela English serves as an Implementation and Improvement Consultant for the Statewide Field Team at Calhoun Intermediate School District. In her role, she provides professional learning and technical assistance for educational leaders at the district, county, and state levels to support implementation, continuous improvement, and refinement of systems. Pamela received her Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from Western Michigan University. She received a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Detroit-Mercy and a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from the University of Michigan-Dearborn. Over her 28 years as an educator, she has served as a high school English and Journalism teacher, Assistant Principal, Principal, Chief Academic Officer, and educational coach and consultant. Pamela’s expertise and passion centers around building impactful systems and creating support for educational organizations through a lens of equity, ensuring all perspectives and voices are included in the process. She lives by her own mantra: “Voices are valued, context is critical, and success is achieved through our collective work together.”

Implementation and Improvement Consultant

Justin Leach serves as an Implementation and Improvement Consultant for the Statewide Field Team at Calhoun Intermediate School District. In his role, he provides professional learning and technical assistance for educational leaders at the district, county, and state levels to support implementation, continuous improvement, and refinement of systems. Justin earned his Bachelor of Arts in History and Bachelor of Science in Secondary Social Studies Education from Duquesne University. He completed a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of Cincinnati. Over 17 years as an educator, he has served as a high school Social Studies teacher, Assistant Principal, Principal, Social Studies Curriculum Manager, and K-12 Testing & Assessment Director at Cincinnati Public Schools. He also previously served as a statewide Social Studies Consultant with the Ohio Department of Education. Justin's expertise includes systems improvement, project management, assessment literacy, data analysis, and social studies education.

Michelle Tatrow serves as an Implementation and Improvement Consultant for the Statewide Field Team at Calhoun Intermediate School District. In her role, she provides professional learning and technical assistance for educational leaders at the district, county, and state levels to support implementation, continuous improvement, and refinement of systems. Michelle received her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Michigan State University and her Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Northern Michigan University. Over her 29 years as a Michigan educator, Michelle has served as an elementary teacher, math coach, math interventionist, and Educational Consultant. Michelle wholeheartedly believes a systems approach will best support educators and students to reach their goals and ambitions. She is passionate about fostering leadership skills as she collaborates with educators around the state.
