This course consists of five modules designed to advance your understanding of the importance of developing building leaders and what specific leadership skills and behaviors can make the most impact on student achievement and school outcomes. The information in this course is based upon the report, How Principals Affect Students and Schools: A Systematic Synthesis of Two Decades of Research, from the Wallace Foundation. The course is designed around the context of a fictitious school district scenario to support the application of the research concepts.
